OUR STORY
SKU-Wear was founded in September of 2024 by high school students at Berks Career and Technology Center, driven by a passion for sustainability and ethical business practices. Through our Business Management Program, we established SKU-Wear to unlock the potential of discarded items, leading the way in sustainable practices that prioritize people and the planet above profit.
To reduce environmental waste and pollution by crafting sustainable, eco-friendly products from recycled materials while committing to transparency, social conscience, and environmental responsibility in every aspect of our business.

Organizational Structure
At the top of SKU-Wear's organizational chart is the CEO, who functions as the head of all executives and oversees each department in the company. Under the CEO, are four executives who are responsible for their respected department of Finance, Marketing, Design, or Human Resources. They provide direction and guidance for their department's associates.
